Welcome to chatwithLisa.app (the “Site”). The Site is a fan/community hub for the “LISA” TikTok persona and the community meme token referred to as “$LISA.” By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. No financial advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $LISA is a meme token created for entertainment and community participation. It has no intrinsic value, no promise of return, and no formal team obligation to deliver any profit, product, or roadmap. Do your own research and only spend what you can afford to lose entirely.

2. Crypto risk

Digital assets are highly volatile and can lose all value at any time. You are solely responsible for your transactions, wallets, and private keys. We can never recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions. Buying, selling, or holding $LISA is done entirely at your own risk.

3. Verify the contract address

Scammers create fake tokens. Always confirm the official $LISA contract address directly from this Site and from the official TikTok (@chatwithlisa) and X community before interacting with any token. We are not responsible for losses from fake, copycat, or impersonator tokens.

4. Holder rewards

References to a “$100K” rewards pool describe a community-and-royalty-funded reward program tied to BAGS creator royalties and community activity. Rewards are not guaranteed, are not a security or dividend, may change or end at any time, and depend on factors outside our control (trading volume, on-chain conditions, third-party platforms). Eligibility, amounts, and timing are descriptive goals, not contractual promises.

5. The LISA chat

“LISA” is an AI character for fun. Her replies are generated by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on the chat for financial, legal, medical, or any important decision. Never share private keys, seed phrases, or passwords with the chat or anyone else.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, spam, scrape abusively, attempt to disrupt the service, or impersonate the project. We may limit or block access to protect the Site.

7. Third-party links & data

The Site links to and displays data from third parties (e.g. TikTok, X, Jupiter, Solana explorers, BAGS, AI providers). We don’t control these services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.

8. No warranties & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the Site, the token, the rewards program, or any linked service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
