This Privacy Policy explains how chatwithLisa.app (the “Site”) handles information. We keep things minimal — the Site is a community hub, not a data business.
1. What we collect
We do not require accounts and we don’t ask for your name, email, or wallet to browse the Site. We may process:
- Chat messages you send to LISA, which are forwarded to a third-party AI provider to generate a reply.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. IP address, user agent), used for security, rate-limiting, and to keep the Site running.
- Public on-chain data (e.g. token stats and holder wallet addresses) which is fetched from public APIs and blockchains — this is already public and not provided by you.
2. What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal data. We don’t ask for and never want your private keys or seed phrases. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).
3. AI chat
When you chat with LISA, your message is sent to a third-party AI provider to produce a response. Don’t share sensitive personal information, credentials, or anything you wouldn’t want processed by a third party. The provider’s own policies govern how they handle that request.
4. Cookies & storage
The Site aims to use little to no tracking. Any local storage used is for basic functionality (such as remembering a light/dark preference) and is not used to profile you across other sites.
5. Third-party services
We rely on third parties to function, including the AI provider, market-data APIs (e.g. Jupiter), blockchain RPC endpoints, blockchain explorers, fonts, and our hosting provider. When you follow links to TikTok, X, or BAGS, those services have their own privacy policies.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Site, but no online service is perfectly secure. Use the Site at your own risk and protect your own wallet and keys.
7. Your choices
You can use the Site without chatting. You can clear your browser storage at any time. If you have questions about your data, contact us through the official TikTok or X community linked on the homepage.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
